**Main characteristics of our services**
We provide guided pub crawls in Frankfurt am Main, Cologne, Berlin, Stuttgart, Munich, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, and Nuremberg.

**Conclusion of Contracts**
Contracts between you and Rodrigues, Events are concluded as follows:

The contract is formed when you complete the reservation process for participation in one of our pub crawls by clicking the "Book" button.

**Total Price of the Service**
We offer four types of guided pub crawls.

- The fee for our public tour is €20 per person.
- The fee for our private tours is €25 per person. The total amount for a private tour must be at least €375.
- The fee for our private premium tours is €40 per person. The total amount for a private premium tour must be at least €480.
- The fee for our super premium tours is €80 per person. The total amount for a super premium tour must be at least €960.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. There are no additional delivery or shipping costs (other than regular internet connection fees).

**Payment and Fulfillment**
Immediate payment via PayPal is required during the booking process.
Our paid service is considered fulfilled with the actual execution of the pub crawl.

**Right of Withdrawal**
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Rodrigues, Events c/o COCENTER, Koppoldstr. 1, 86551 Aichach Germany, support@pubcrawl.team) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

**Consequences of Withdrawal**

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount, which corresponds to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in relation to this contract, compared to the full scope of the services covered by the contract.

**Special Note:**
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract is fully performed by both parties at your explicit request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
