Terms and Conditions

General Provisions & Scope

The following are the Terms and Conditions (AGB) for the use of the websites www.pubcrawl.team, www.pubcrawl-frankfurt.de, and www.pubcrawlhamburg.de, www.stagpartygermany.de as well as for booking and participating in pub crawls at the respective locations in Berlin, Dresden, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich, and Nuremberg by requesters (hereinafter referred to as “Requester”) through Rodrigues, Events (hereinafter referred to as “PubCrawl”).

Subject of the Contract

PubCrawl allows Requesters to participate in guided pub crawls through various venues in cities including Berlin, Dresden, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich, and Nuremberg in exchange for a fee.

The scope of the service includes the following features:

  • Participation in a guided pub crawl through up to four venues in the respective cities
  • Provision of a welcome drink at the meeting point (while supplies last)
  • Provision of small drinks (up to 4 cl) during the walk between venues (while supplies last)
  • Free entry to participating venues
  • Provision of one small drink (up to 4 cl) per participant in each of the participating venues (while supplies last)

The decision on the type and composition of the small drinks offered is at the discretion of both PubCrawl and the participating venues. The quantity of small drinks is calculated by PubCrawl based on experience and best judgment. In some cases, an unexpectedly high number of participants may result in the supply of small drinks being exhausted before all participants receive them. In this case, the Requester has no claim to additional small drinks.

Each participating venue reserves the right to grant or deny entry to individual Requesters, which is beyond PubCrawl’s control. Thus, Requesters do not have a claim to be admitted to a venue. In such cases, the Requester’s claim to services from PubCrawl is suspended. Requesters may rejoin the pub crawl after the scheduled departure from the relevant venue.

Rights and Obligations of Stag Party Germany

PubCrawl grants Requesters the right to participate in pub crawls in exchange for a fee. PubCrawl is committed to conducting the pub crawls in an orderly manner, as outlined in the above service features.

PubCrawl reserves the right to deny participation to Requesters if their appearance or behavior gives cause for concern, including excessive intoxication, harassment of other tour participants, or disruption of the orderly conduct of the tour.

PubCrawl may also exclude Requesters from further participation during the tour for these reasons. In such cases, the Requester is not entitled to a refund of the participation fee.

PubCrawl may begin performing contractual services before the Requester's right of withdrawal expires:

The execution of the contractual service begins at the latest with the start of the pub crawl. Once the service has begun, the Requester’s right of withdrawal is void.

In all other cases, preparations for the pub crawl (e.g., organizing tour guides, ordering drinks, reserving spaces at venues) start 14 days before the booked event. In this case, the right of withdrawal remains, but the Requester must pay an appropriate fee, as defined in Section 7 of these terms, in case of cancellation.

All rights (copyright, trademarks, and other protection rights) to the websites, the implemented schedule database, and the content available on the website belong exclusively to PubCrawl.

All data provided by the Requester to PubCrawl will be stored and processed for the purposes outlined in the customer order. PubCrawl will adhere to applicable data protection laws.
